Terms governing Income AI Mastery services

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to incomeaimastery.one and all mastery courses delivered by Income AI Mastery Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202941582K). By browsing our site or enrolling in a programme you accept these Terms.

A. About our mastery academy

Income AI Mastery is a Singapore vocational training provider teaching practical AI skills — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, prompt engineering, and workflow optimisation — for professionals seeking income growth and career advancement. The ".one" domain reflects a focused learning path. It does not imply guaranteed income, investment returns, or life transformation coaching.

We are NOT: a get-rich-quick scheme, MLM, crypto/trading educator, software development shop, AI consulting agency implementing enterprise systems, university degree granter, or personal wellness retreat.

B. Programme formats & fees

Services include live mastery cohorts, self-paced modules, weekend intensives, corporate workshops, one-to-one skills reviews, and alumni Q&A forums. Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and confirmed at registration. Indicative ranges on /programs.php may change for future intakes; confirmed bookings honour the price at payment.

Corporate invoices are payable within thirty days unless a signed contract states otherwise. Late payments may pause access to materials.

C. Cancellation, transfers & refunds

More than fourteen days before start: full refund minus S$60 admin fee. Seven to fourteen days: fifty percent credit toward another mastery track within twelve months. Under seven days: non-refundable; one colleague transfer allowed with written approval. Self-paced access is non-refundable after login credentials activate. Undersubscribed cohorts may be cancelled with full refund or deferral option.

D. Certificates & credentials

Certificates confirm attendance and completion of assessed mastery exercises. They are not accredited degrees unless a named awarding body appears on your enrolment letter. We do not claim OpenAI, Microsoft, or Google partnership badges beyond ordinary tool usage in class.

E. Intellectual property

Slides, mastery lab templates, rubrics, and site content belong to Income AI Mastery Pte. Ltd. You receive a personal licence for professional use. Resale, public redistribution, or scraping our curriculum for competing courses is prohibited.

F. Acceptable conduct

Participants must not harass facilitators, record sessions without consent, submit false billing information, or use our training to promote misleading income claims. We may remove learners who violate these rules without refund.

G. AI tool disclaimer

Third-party AI tools demonstrated in class may produce biased, incomplete, or fabricated outputs. You are responsible for verifying content before client delivery. Our Income AI Mastery workshops teach critical review — not blind automation.

H. Income & outcome disclaimer (required)

Our mastery programmes teach practical AI work skills that can support income growth, career advancement, and professional productivity through client work, automation, and service delivery. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, or business results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — professional decisions require human judgment. This is vocational training, not investment or financial advice.

I. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or any mastery course is capped at fees you paid for the programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost billable hours, lost clients, or reputational harm. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

J. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. Before litigation, contact [email protected] to attempt good-faith resolution within sixty days.

K. Changes

We may update these Terms. The Last updated date shows the current version. Enrolled learners receive email notice of material changes affecting fees, refunds, or data use.

L. Entire agreement

These Terms, your enrolment confirmation, and our Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement. Marketing copy does not override signed enrolment documents.

M. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by venue closures, facilitator illness, government restrictions, or outages of third-party AI platforms. We will reschedule or credit affected sessions.

N. Language

These Terms are drafted in English (Singapore). Translations are convenience only; English prevails.

P. Website acceptable use

You may not scrape incomeaimastery.one, mirror our mastery syllabus, inject malware, attempt unauthorised access to enrolment systems, or impersonate Income AI Mastery staff. Violations may be reported to authorities and result in blocked access.

Q. Assignment of enrolment

Corporate clients may substitute named participants before cohort start with written notice. Individual enrolments are personal unless our transfer policy in Section C applies.

R. Severability

If a Singapore court finds any clause unenforceable, remaining clauses continue in effect. The invalid clause will be modified minimally to reflect original intent.

S. Mastery branding on .one domains

The phrase "Income AI Mastery" and our mastery track numbering describe vocational workshop products. They do not represent securities, investment contracts, franchise opportunities, or guaranteed client pipelines. Participation does not create partnership, employment, or advisory relationships beyond delivered training.

T. Record keeping

We maintain enrolment contracts, attendance logs, and payment records as required by Singapore regulations. Participants may request copies of their own attendance certificates by emailing [email protected] with full name and cohort date.

U. Dispute escalation

Unresolved disputes after good-faith negotiation may be referred to mediation before court proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse.

V. Survival

Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination of your enrolment or cessation of website use.

W. Notices

Formal notices under these Terms may be sent to [email protected] or by registered post to our Rochester studio address. Notices are deemed received on the next business day after email transmission without bounce-back.
